1.  In-Game, tap Settings > Help > Support.
2.  On the Support page you can browse through the FAQ to see if your question has already been answered.
3.  If you cannot find an answer to your question, scroll down to contact us directly through your app. We will try to respond within 24 hours (complex issues may take longer).
