Everytime I start the game it say , only support one devices?

I was informed that experts have to be able to have push notification function... Why is this I think if true is unfair because my Android is not capable of this function and is why I was told I couldn't become expert... Was told by yolanda that I have to buy another phone and couldn't be come expert till I could use this push notification function... Why is this not available to all androids

wow, how do you seriously get a detailed response on that question? i usually get the standard: to become expert you must be kind, friendly and helpful in chat, and help keep chat clean.

why not just have 1 person per server instead of having 1 person monitor several servers?
